To book and reserve a space on any tour a deposit of $300.00 per person is required. Please make check or Money Order payable to: Michael Quintus, Alpine Valley Tours-Austria. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the start of the tour.

Alpine Valley Tours-Austria tour participants must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by parent or guardian. Each participant must be in good physical and mental health.

Alpine Valley Tours-Austria will not be held liable for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury on our tours.
Purchase of baggage, health/accident, and trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Alpine Valley Tours-Austria does not provide health/accident insurance for the participants.

AVT requires participants to wear a helmet while cycling. For hygienic reasons we will not provide helmets, so please plan on bringing your own bicycle helmet.

The responsibility of Alpine Valley Tours-Austria and the tour operator and/or their agents is limited. They act only as agents for the tour member in regard to travel, whether on foot, by bicycle, ferry, motor coach, private car, railroad, aircraft, or any other conveyance, and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or irregularity occasioned either on or off the bicycle or golf course, or by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the tour members or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or from any causes beyond their control. The activities of the Tours provided by AVT carry an inherent risk. Participants in our tours are deemed to have knowingly assumed these inherent risks.

Alpine Valley Tours-Austria reserves the right to cancel any tour for any reason. If a tour is cancelled you will receive a 100% refund. If a tour is cancelled AVT is not responsible for expenses incurred by guests preparing for the tour such as non-refundable advance purchase airline tickets.

A cancellation fee of $150.00 if notified 60+ days prior to departure. 60-45 days prior to departure $300.00 (full deposit) will be assessed. Less than 45 days 50% fee of total tour price will be assessed. Less than 20 days a 75% fee of total tour price will be assessed.
