Although our tours have traditionally centered around cycling or golf, we are always looking for new ways to explore Austria and other parts of Europe. This is especially true for our repeat customers.

In June 2010 we offered “Hiking the Grossarl Valley”. From our chalet located just outside the village of Grossarl we took daytrips along the network of trails connecting alpine huts (farms) offering food, drink, conversation and sometimes music. The enjoyment was intensified when we discovered were often the first group of Americans to visit these farms! In the afternoon we would return to the chalet to enjoy the beautiful view overlooking the valley, the sauna, and the hospitality of the proprietors. This experience was made possible, and enhanced, by the knowledge of the area of our local guides.

Cycling will continue to remain our main focus. We are again offering “Berlin: Cycling Through History". History buffs will love this tour for its close-up look at Cold War and World War II historic sites around and in Berlin. For unsurpassed scenery, the Drau River Valley and Salzburgerland bicycle tours continue to be a favorite. We continue to discover new and challenging courses for our golf tours. The team is a unique combination of American and Austrian tour organizers and guides. They work together to provide special “off the beaten path” cycling vacations in beautiful river valleys well away from the usual tourist routes. The golf trips visit courses located in the heart of Europe’s most stunning scenery, available only by special arrangements through our English-speaking Austrian hosts. All trips are active but with van support that allows you to choose the amount of activity you want.

As for visits to special historic and scenic spots and great dining….who knows better than the locals?
